Your refund processing time depends on the refund type and the payment method you used. The refund time/process starts when Ghashforing.com processes your refund according to your refund type. The refund amount covers the product price and shipping fees for your returned product.
Refund Types
Ghashforing.com will process your refund according to the following refund types.
- Refund from Return – The refund is processed after your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed.

- Refund from Cancelled Order – The refund is automatically initiated when the cancellation is successfully processed.
- Refund from Failed Delivery – The refund process is initiated when the item reaches the seller.
- Please note that this may take longer depending on the area of your shipping address. Screen reader support is enabled.
- The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged and free from any defects.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty card, free gifts, invoice and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box.
- If the product was supplied in Ghashforing.com packaging/box, the same packaging/box must be returned.
- Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
Note:
- It is important to mention the order number and return tracking number in your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.
- While handing over your package to the drop-off station/pickup agent, please collect the Ghashforing.com Return Acknowledgement Form and save it for future reference.
Return Policy
- If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete upon delivery, please contact our customer service for a return or refund.
- Return the product within 7 days of receipt and receive a refund via bank payment, bKash or voucher.

Valid reasons for returning the product
- If the product is damaged. (Cracked/broken)/defective) If the delivered product is incomplete.
- (If there is less quantity of any product) If the delivered product is incorrect.
- (Wrong product/size/color, or expired) If the delivered product does not match the product description or photo. (If the product does not match the advertisement.)
